Crusader Basketball vs Andale 121217

It was AVCTL DIV IV league opener time Tuesday for our Crusaders and the Indians of Andale. The WHS varsity boys were 1-2 and varsity girls 2-1 going into Tuesday's action HERE at home in front of a small to medium sized week night crowd. It was a split of sorts between the JV squads and Varsity squads. Andale won the latter, Wellington the former. All of the games were competitive and for the most part not clearly decided until late in the games. (Our JV Girls however did dominate the action throughout).

WWII Radio Christmas Show! (Video Added!)

The WHS Crusader Choir and the "Crusaders of the Stage" collaborated in the "two" night presentation of "A CRUSADER CAROL - WWII Radio Christmas Show" out at WHS Thursday and Friday. Awesome sound and lighting by Brad Ewing, the icing on the cake.

The program consisted of a step back in time, when radio was big and the war even bigger. The show also showcased some incredibly talented teenagers in song and more. There are many names you could mention, all performed superbly.
