This coming Monday at the Pioneer League Tournament in Ark City, will be the 39th golf event for the WMS Boys since their program began 4 years ago. Are you ready for this?

Twelve WHS JUNIORS were honored by the local LIONS CLUB on Wednesday at the annual JR LIONS CLUB AWARDS ASSEMBLY at Wellington High School.

The WHS Varsity Boys Tennis team brought home some hardware Tuesday from the Circle HS Invitational! Here's how it all shook out:

The WHS "C" Baseball Team (Sophs & Freshmen) took a short road trip over to Belle Plaine Tuesday afternoon for a "7" inning contest. The Dragons jumped out on the Crusaders and lead by 5-6 runs early on. The boys in red rallied and at games' end, it was WHS 14 BPHS 10.

Several Crusader musicians performed at the Regional Solo and Small Ensemble Festival at Goddard Eisenhower Saturday.

Receiving II (Excellent) ratings were Cameron Carter, Quinn McCue, and Michaela Adkins-Washington for vocal solos, KayCee Pennington for trumpet solo, and Alexis Tracy for baritone sax solo.

Earning I (Superior) ratings and qualifying for State were Mariah Grable for vocal solo, Julia Starnes and Marisa Black for flute solos.
