It's time to "officially" introduce the WHS 2018 Boys Tennis Squad and their coaches. This year's head coach Chad Whaley and asst coach Adrian Young are working with over a dozen tennis athletes and have found success at several meets thus far. Varsity still has meets at Circle (04/17), Winfield (04/20), Augusta (04/24).
JV will play at HOME one more time on Apr 23rd, hosting Conway Springs, Derby, El Dorado and Valley Center and then on the road to Circle Apr 24th.
The WMS 7/8 Knights held their annual HOME MEET, (Richard Lawrence Relays) playing host to Augusta, Andover Central, Valley Center, Clearwater, Haysville, Haysville West and Mulvane on Thursday. Click for ALL the results / TOP 3 Finishes for WMS posted below. Way to represent KNIGHTS!!

The Wellington Middle School Boys Tennis Team hosted Haysville yesterday. The Knights dominated their opponent winning 19 matches to 2. Great job, guys!!
Individual winners were: Carson Rademacher, Justin Norris, Jax Cornejo, Jack Wright, Trey Greenlee, Sonny Lipton, Jace Barton, Keaton Hartman, Nathan Hilt, Jay Ybarra, Christian Snipes, Colten Henning, Matt Pryce, Camden Parkey, Hunter Lough, Hudson Lawrence, Matthew Hogg and Josh Atkinson.

The WMS Golf Team, coached by Jeff DeJarnett, hosted an Invitational out at Wellington Golf Club on Thursday. Teams were from Ark City, Augusta, Ponca City, Rose Hill, and Winfield.

WHS Students fanned out across our fine community Wednesday, volunteering their services in a variety of ways at a variety of places. Freshmen stayed at the high school and worked hard, a good part of the morning, with Spring Cleaning chores and more.
