WHS/WMS Vocal Music Concert - Colorful, Colorful, Colorful!

The Crusader Choir presented "A CRUSADER CHRISTMAS" Thursday evening at WHS. Also performing, the WMS 6th, 7th and 8th grade choirs. The event was directed by Mrs.Jennifer Ault and her accompanist, Carol Hisken.

In Act 1, it was "Christmas Welcome", performed by the 6th & 7th Grade Choirs. That was followed by:

"Do You Hear What I Hear?" by the Crusader Singers

"Carol of the Bells" by the Concert Choir

Crusader Varsity Boys Down Andale - Awesome Game!

The big game of the week thus far would have to be the Varsity boys basketball game Tuesday evening at WHS vs Andale. There were no GIRLS GAMES at WHS Tuesday, nor will there be this Friday when the boys alone, will host Rose Hill. Health guidelines and restrictions have placed the girls on the outside of the court boundary lines for this week. Hopefully, they can resume next Tuesday, when WHS travels to Winfield for basketball action there.

Christmas Greetings From Your Wellington HS Band!

The Wellington High School Band, under the direction of Allen Hisken, performed their "Christmas Greetings" concert Monday evening at WHS, with a limited crowd of parents/guardians and a few media folk. Including WHS Yearbook that provided all the STILLS you can access at the link below. Also on hand, Studio 55 cameraman Brad Case - watch for this concert SOON, on Sumner Communications CH 55!

Crusaders of the Stage Rocked Thursday Evening @ WHS

The Crusaders of the Stage presented "It's A Wonderful Life - A Live Radio Play", Thursday evening out at WHS. Parents and or guardians were allowed to attend via the KSHSAA guidelines, it was a wonderful performance by all.

Bob and Michelle Brown direct the Crusaders of the Stage and always have great productions to share. This presentation was taped by STUDIO 55 and will soon play on Sumner Cable CH 55 so watch for that. Thank you BANK OF COMMERCE for sponsoring that endeavor!
