VOLLEYBALL CAMP has commenced - runs through Wednesday at WHS!
Interested HS girls, camp will run from 7-9AM, followed by Elementary (2nd-5th) from 9-10AM, then MS (6th-8th) from 10:15-11:15AM
After a rain delay from Monday, the Crusader Baseball boys resumed action in the first of 2 semi-final games to be played Wednesday, before the championship game nightcap (so to speak). Up first Mulvane - a late rally by the Wildcats came up short - WHS 6 MHS 4:

It was Regional 4A Softball time in Ark City Tuesday, mother nature cooperated more than she had the night before in Winfield for the Regional 4A Baseball Tournament, which was rained out after the first game, that will conclude today, beginning at NOON for the Crusader Baseball boys.
The WMS 7/8 Knights and Lady Knights were in action Thursday evening, the BOYS hosting at WMS, the GIRLS took a "sweeping" trip east to Viking Land - check out Lady Knight results HERE. (They are on a roll!)
Here are the mixed results from Monday evening's Pioneer League action vs Winfield 7th and 8th grade boys and girls. Our Lady Knights hosted, the Knights road tripped to Viking land - here are the results!

The WMS 7/8 Volleyball Girls hosted their counterparts from Winfield on Thursday at WMS. Wellington pulled in 3 wins out of 4 matches (7A, 7B, 8A, 8B) as the season winds down towards PIONEER LEAGUE action Saturday, Oct. 14th. Prior to that though, one more match-up on Thursday, Oct. 12th HERE, the Lady Knights will host Mulvane MS.
Both the WMS and WHS Cross Country squads were in action at the Oxford Invitational which is always held in Winfield at the Kansas Veterans Home located due north of both the Winfield middle and high schools on Viking Blvd. It was HOT and it was WINDY...here are the individual WMS & WHS results:
