Raucous Pep Assembly @ WHS on Friday!

It was loud and proud Friday afternoon at WHS - the first PEP ASSEMBLY of the year was held - members from the public and the student body got loud, got proud as all Fall Sports teams were introduced!

The Crusader Pep Band, the Cheerleaders, the Crimson Dancers, the Color Guard, the Crusaders themselves had a great time. Here's to a great year at the best high school and students around! GO BIG RED!!

Rough Start For The Irondukes

The Crusaders hosted the Wichita Collegiate Spartans Friday evening at Sellers. Kudos to the fans of Wellington - the stadium was practically full, it was an awesome site. Unfortunately, the main event on the field didn't go as well as folks wearing red would have liked. Collegiate moved the ball effectively and stopped us from doing the same with any frequency. The 100th year of Crusader Football continues next Friday, on the road @ Andale, who downed Mulvane Friday 43-7.
