Congratulations to the Lady Crusaders who took care of business in first round sub-state action here at HOME vs Rose Hill. Love the throwback uni's (I think from 2011-2012 maybe, someone help me out!)...The Lady Crusaders played tough and took control and kept control most of the game. Final score 60-42! The #3 seeded WHS Varsity Boys road tripped to #2 seeded Rose Hill HS on Tuesday, for a post-season showdown with the Rockets and an opportunity to move on in Sub-State action. The Crusaders came to play. One of the best games I've seen the Crusaders put on the court this season.

The Varsity Lady Crusaders defeated the Collegiate Lady Spartans this evening, @ Collegiate, in OT! Down 6 at halftime, the Lady Crusaders stayed within range in the 3rd and riveted it up in the 4th, with "5" Lady Crusaders scoring, to knot it @ 39. Great job Ladies!!

In a "substitute" make-up game Monday evening at Conway Springs, the Varsity Lady Crusader basketball squad downed their host Conway Springs 65-28!
